In my faith travels within the Christian Identity movement I noticed that people treated their mission of “preaching the Gospel” and “saving souls” like some sort of competition. “The more lives I impacted, the more points I racked up with God” seemed to be the mantra of folks in the World Wide Church of God and later manifestations of that strain of the Hebrew roots movement.
The problem is, there was no care or due diligence given to exactly how thorough or true “the Gospel messages” were that were being delivered. Nor was the quality of what was being delivered to the “recipients” of “the Gospel” that was being preached theologically and academically scrutinized.
Some of the people I knew would become practiced at throwing words, phrases and scriptures at people in what amounted to nothing more than a fierce attempts at indoctrination into the British Israelite ethos.
So what was the result of this chapter of aggressive approaches to preaching the Godpel? Dwindling church numbers, disjointed, confused and bewildered church members running away faster than their legs could carry them and families disintegrating under the weight of an oppressive, loveless, ego driven doctrine loosely based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Hungry for numbers and blinded by greed and vanity, those churches made allowance for teachers to be ordained who knew NOTHING of the Creator of the Universe nor the Father he represented and served. These churches, fueled, by all the wrong motivations wasted and destroyed the spirit and light within a lot of sincere, God hungry people, only to confuse and deter them from seeking the savior of all mankind through ass-backward, terribly exigeted, self serving biblical teachings.
At the end of the day the time being spent now by the emissaries and ambassadors of the Kingdom is devoted more to recovering and saving of these individuals and not fully devoted to declaring and representing the Kingdom of God. Truly, truly what a mess has been made of all of this. The bigger problem being that these folks who have done such catastrophic damage to the household of faith see absolutely no need to repent of anything, at all. But for the devout The mission is clear…..
Jude 1:21-25. [21] “Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. [22] And of some have compassion, making a difference: [23] And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.”

This is but the tip of the iceberg, but I urge all in the faith to go to God in sincerity and honesty, repenting and seeking a deeper relationship with the creator. It is only through him and according to HIS WAY, that we can truly serve him and accurately announce and declare the Kingdom of God, which actually comes through the witness and character of our individual lives….being that “little slice of heaven” to all you encounter….
